A real person reviews your video, so you're not starting from scratch on the phone or describing a stain to someone who can't see it.

We call you back
We'll ring you within 2 hours, 7am–9pm with what we saw, what it's likely to involve, and a time to come take a proper look.
A video tells us a lot, but we won’t hand you a final number sight unseen — anyone who does is guessing, and you’ll pay for the guess later. What it does mean is that when we come out, we already know what we’re walking into.
