When you submit a request we collect your name, phone number, address or ZIP code, the type of work you need, and anything you type into the notes field. Email is optional.

If you choose to record a video or attach photos, we collect those too. Attaching them is entirely optional — you can submit a request without any.

To review your request, contact you about it, and arrange for the work to be carried out.

We share your details with contractor partners so they can contact you and quote for the work. That includes your name, phone number, address, project type, and any photos or video you attached.

We may receive payment from those partners for referring your request. Under California law this counts as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, which is why it is spelled out here and why you are asked to agree before submitting.

We also use service providers for hosting and storage, who process this information on our behalf.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing.

We keep lead details for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. Photos and video are kept only as long as they are useful for scoping the work, and are deleted after that.
